How to Apply

Reserving your stay at Baragali Summer Campus takes just five simple steps — from creating an account to confirming your booking.

    Create Your Account

    Sign up on the portal as a UoP Employee or an Outsider. Use an active email address and a phone number in your use — all alerts during the reservation process are sent there.

    Find Your Accommodation

    Go to the Book Now page, select a house, and pick your check-in and check-out dates on the availability calendar.

    or

    Switch to the Search by Dates tab and enter your stay duration to view all houses available for those dates.

    Reserve & Provide Details

    Once you have selected your desired house and duration, click Reserve and provide the reservation details — applicant information, visitors, and reference where required.

  4. 4

    Receive Confirmation Email

    An automatic email acknowledging your application will be sent to you, followed by further instructions from the campus management.

  5. 5

    Pay the Challan to Confirm

    When the management generates your payment challan, make the payment to confirm your reservation. Your booking is finalized once the payment is verified.
